Difficult to say. The biggest change to 0.94 was the addition of support for the collapsing border model. Maybe the source of the problem is located there somehow? Can you post a small, yet complete FO that reproduces the issue with 0.94? Or can you try out the 0.95 branch and see if the issue also exists there? A lot of changes have been committed to the table- handling code, so chances are that this is also resolved. If not, we'd still have to see the entire FO first to be able to say more...
