Your problem rings a bell in my head. It might be due to a bug that I fixed in December 07: row-spanning cells in a table could lead to erratic page breaks. If this is this issue then it shouldn’t show up in the Trunk or the soon available 0.95beta version. If you can try with those versions this is great. Otherwise feel free to send the file to Andreas and also to me.
