During the holiday break, Confluence access was restored.

Mail to the mailing lists has been changed, and more changes are
planned for tomorrow, involving mail routing, to honor SPF policies.
If you see mail failures, please feel free to report them on IRC.

Most of the disruptive changes are now behind us. However, there
are further changes expected in the relatively near future that
might involve moderate service interruptions:

* Upgrading our JIRA and Confluence installations to the latest
versions. We got a little behind.

* We will be moving production repositories from the old location
to the same location where we have the developer services. Those
repositories are currently still hosted on the old rBuilder Online
infrastructure. We are not going to move all repositories; our
plan is to move repositories requested by Foresight developers.

The list of extra repositories requested to be moved is available
  at:

http://wiki.foresightlinux.org/wiki/display/DEV/Transition+from+rBuilder+Online+%28list+of+repositories+to+be+migrated%29

The move will be implemented via changes in DNS. This means that
it is unlikely that any ongoing Conary operations during the change
will fail, but I guess it's possible that we will encounter some
  unforeseen errors.
