All expected mail-related changes have been made. The delayed mail
delivery issue has been resolved. Again, please do report any new
mail problems on IRC.
Additionally, port 9418 has been opened up so that users on fdev will
be able to update recipes that use addGitSnapshot(), and generally use
the git protocol ("git://...") to access remote repositories.
