fwiw, i just removed one repo whose packages are now in fl proper.
for the rest it would depend on which dropped out in the past year that
didn't have interesting stuff in their repos.

and for the rest it comes down to effort. does the number of repos
affect how much work it is to transfer the repos, or is it just about an
opportunity to clean out obvious baggage and dead accounts. if it
reduces the effort it may be worth going over the list but otherwise...
