So we're down to the crossroad I feel, where we have to quickly decide where we are heading. Do we want do revive foresight and jump on the fl3 train or do we want to go on with our lifes and let foresight die. There aren't much of us left, but I'm not ready yet to give up on this great conary based distribution that I'm using for ~ 8 years now. But we need to push it quickly and bring it up to par. I feel that motivation and amount of available devs is going down and we can't wait much longer. So basicly do we want foresight to continue or to end here? What I would like to have would be a 'blessed' base system, usable on servers + some desktop whatever it will be (gnome, xfce,kde,...) and a way to have something like ubuntus ppa, pretty much what we had with old rbuilder where people could create repositories and provide stuff not in our base . Games, the other desktops, av-editing, ...
Not sure if we can get this back. Anyway we should start soon cya Mark -- Mark Trompell Foresight Linux Xfce Edition Cause your desktop should be freaking cool (and Xfce) _______________________________________________ Foresight-devel mailing list [email protected] https://lists.foresightlinux.org/mailman/listinfo/foresight-devel
