Dan, Thanks for doing an excellent job with the document. (I also listened to portions of the call yesterday.) A few minor details: In section 4.1, item 4; Pin 11 is really activity signal, not LED signal In section 4.1, item 6; Phy Event Counters, not Phy Counter Logs In section 4.1, item 10; it should include IDENTIFY PACKET DEVICE too, and also READ LOG (EXT) changes (relevant pages) Probably it will ever be an issue, but I don't think I see the scenario in sections 4.2.1/2 addressed in which T-13 (SATA-IO) chooses not include a SATA-IO (T-13) proposal.
