In reading ATA/ATAPI-7 there are 2 sets of security enabled
bits, on in word 85 bit 1 and another in word 128 bit 1. I also noted that
there are redundant implemented bits as well, but that is not my question… There is nothing in these bits that denotes what Security
Enabled means. I believe that some of the bits in word 128 are actually
referring to states in the security state transition diagrams. Its just not
