Hi Brad,

This seems like something that was introduced in SP6, I have noticed this on
a lot of the boards I have been working on since I installed SP6.
The way to get rid of this is as follows, turn all reference designators and
component comments to be visible, then use the global edit to 'center' all
component comments using the autoposition feature, after doing this you can
then hide all the comments again and you should be able to use 'zoom all' or
'zoom board' showing the proper full screen.
