Same problem here. "Select outside area" did highlight some parts inside the
area. All comment fields of these components were hidden and the coordinates
of some of them showed values that were outside the area. When i did unhide
them, the comment re-centered automatically to the inside of the component.
After hiding them again the "fit document" did work as aspected.
