This report give the overall size from the 0,0 point to the
most extreme item on your layout (text, notes, targets, etc...).
Not just to the edges of your board.
In other words, anything from the far lower left to top upper
right that is placed on the layout.
Its only good for notifying you of things dangling out in never
never land.
