Sorry to harp on this point, but this is exactly what Camtastic is
designed to do and it does it well.
If you aren't comfortable doing it yourself, provide the board shop
with two sets of data and a drawing of how you want the final panel
arranged and let them do it. They are doing it all the time so it
shouldn't be any drama.
