I didn't notice this little bit before and it may make quite a 
difference for the board manufacturer. You can make life difficult for 
them by having large areas of copper as well as areas of fine 
track/gap as would happen on one of your eventual combined 
layers. I would suggest you create two asets of gerbers and go visit 
the fab shop. They know what is going to work for them and you 
know what you want at the end. Even though Camtastic will do 
what you need, they will have a similar tool and be proficient at 
using it.
