I STRONGLY agree that the Design Explorer should use double-click to open files. It
is so counter-intuitive (well, counter to widespread practice), I am frequently caught
by this. Then there is a colleague who finds it inconsistent because if you
single-click slowly it does NOT open -- Protel assumes you're going to drag the
document.

don't you think it's really a pain the way the left pane (explorer)
opens up a file at the slightest touch, but the files in the right pane
need a firm dbl click?
you should be able to rename or delete (or whatever) a file in either
pane, but in the left pane you can't because you INADVERTENTLY opened it
up by selecting it
