Yes this is one of the most essential things, for starting Linux and Foss
from the very beginning in the schools. suppose we setup a Lab with Linux
system on one of the school. but If the school want to launch the computer
classes they are lacking the curriculum. Student don't want to use computer
for just typing and making files and Folders.

They want a lot from this.Such as designing , adventurous games, Programming
basic etc. They are taught DOS, It will be our great victory if they are
taught Linux and Linux shell instead of DOS.

We(From MPP) have setup LTSP in NepaLinux 2.0 on one of the remote schools
of Dailekh.
There we have total of 7 computes. the campaign was successful and was an
unforgettable moment for us (me and Amit) But we are still in doubt, how can
they go onwards for computer education. If they are going to launch the
computer course of government curriculum.

so , lets FOSS Nepal take an initiative for developing curriculum for
computer to the school students that purely focuses on Linux and Open
source.

Its our dream , one day the school children start to write a bash shell
script instead of Qbasic, and learn Linux Kernel and Unix History instead of
Windows,

haha
:)

We will have to find some schools who can implement them.

We, at IOE, have started a wiki for that. But, because of the ongoing
