If you think carefully, getting the source code of a software and changing it to modify the software itself requires someone to be geeky, at least in my book. I think that was why Richard Stallman began the movement in the first place..he wanted to change a certain software to his needs. So then if you are NOT GEEKY, you might be missing the point of "Free as in Speech and not as in Free Beer". But then you might be enjoying the "Free Beer" ;).
