dear bishworaj,
there is nothing to be shocked. MPP is working on localization and also
working hard on FOSS advocacy. There are so many admin things which you and
me will not understand. yes, as a true FOSSian you can ask the admin person
regarding all the issues why they have not yet migrated to OSS and help them
in migration. Yet i'm sure that they are using OSS applications like open
office and mozilla.

I hope you also know that use of OSS applications in windows is the first
step in the process of Migration.
There are so many people who goes to MPP to collect information, CD, DVD etc
and probably ther person in reception have to demonstrate evrything to the
visitors and while doing this visitors expect to see both of the
applications and compare between these before using it.

So there may be so many official reasons which we may not know, and this
should not be the reason to disappoint other Nepalinux, FOSS users.

(I have seen so many International FOSS advocates, working in International
organizations for OSS using Microsoft OS in thier laptops but they do use
OSS applications in it)

cheers!!!
