Dear Mr. Bipin First of all we thank you for your concern on whatever it be. Its a good question that you have raised. First of all I would like to put forward one question to you. Do you think Locus itself is fair or not? If you do not feel that Locus is not a fair competition then you have to talk to the Locus team member to counsel you on that matter. But as far as I know from past five years of my experience on Locus, Locus is a completely fair competition which is judged more by externals than the college professors and associates of Pulchowk Campus.
Why I put forward the question first is, because it is true that Meronepalma is supporting Locus Cryptography Contenders for 2007-08. And we are obliged for the success, fairness, and everything related to the event we are supporting for Locus. We are officially and morally obliged to do the same. We had a formal discussions regarding this matter too.I would love to answer you doubt, if you further include the doubt you are having, more clearly here. Last but not the least, Locus is fair so do we are obliged to make it.
