Dear Dhruba jii,

If we could agree on, its hard to doubt about fairness of National
Election because we had participation and observation in this national
event from all communities... and so should with any event that claims
fairness?

WoW! so, as me... you too strongly believe (unlike in IOE exams)
inviting externals to assure judgement in fairness would bring more
quality in a system? :)

And I would definitely rush to help wash my misconceptions about, so
even after 5 years in the event organization why would IOE not see the
benefit of inviting representatives of private college as well as some
of their externals and have the benefit of sharing costs & ideas on
outstanding events of future?

This WH? question is bugging me...

afterall most participants of the event are from private technical
colleges right? So why don't we still see their participation as
colleagues, planners(externals) in the event even after 5 long years
of your trend to invite externals to judge fairness? So it has never
been suggested such a participation will only help boost this events
prestige???
