I have my own reasons to doubt on the fairness of the cryptography competation... but nevertheless nice set of challanges :)

Well i was talking about inviting colleges == inviting representatives! We also tried tht, have representatives in few colleges also. I can mail u if u wont the list. if Locus was what as it was promished its representatives wouldnt go saying "THEY WOULD TAKE ACTION" against colleges (?to participate from future competation organized by IOE???) who dont come and participate in their event. whts tht all about???. It would be really nice of u if u can give more details with supporting materials. Lastly we dont think we r in right form to discuss this things.
