Dear Dhruba Adhikari jii,

Thankyou for your unbiased commitments towards the of the fairness of
the competition & thankyou for your unbiased expectations as a HOST of
the event to expect someone from IOE (1'st year?) would be the final
candidates who would be the finalists to crack the challenges. But i
am taking your expectations very positively and assuming it to be your
expectations from what you stand for and definitely not your ego and
expectation from your own fellow students. Also, i should thank you
for using your "fair authority" to be able to change decision (at
will) and gift us all the re-opportunity by extending the date of
competition as a pleasing surprise (at first glance) to us all.

Today, 13'th May at 8:30 hours (...some days after your public?
announcement) I queried my class representative and then to my
respective department about the knowledge of the extension of date of
the cryptography competition only to know they had NO KNOWLWDGE about
your (public?) call for the extension of the date of your competition.
But again, we all out here can be definitely mis-informed, we are
minorities anyways. So, we all would definitely want to hear the
name(with date/time) of participating colleges to whom you formally
re-informed about the extension of the date of the cryptography
competition???

Should I have to make a public apology statement about not making you
(in house) competition fair to all IOEans then please do let me know.

I would love to be "convinced" but by proof about the measures taken
to assure fairness for your LOCUS participants on your fair
announcement.

I will be looking forward for your fair decisions on future
competation to be as fair as in the "political community" you
represent.

With best regards,
-bipin
