Yes, true. Subir dai is the right person to answer this question. But afaik, they want to make the courses balanced. Currently, in the school course, Microsoft Windows and Office are taught (yes, with microsoft mentioned). The curriculum is changing next year and they had a meeting with the MPP guys recently, who want to include FOSS in the curriculum. This is the "positive" so far. We aren't curriculum writers and we know it's more than a daunting task for us. MPP is also creating a pressure group kind of a think to push this agenda, so i think that qualifies as some backing. We aren't the only ones who'll be giving the suggestions.
