Bibek, as per our conversation the other day, let's have an Announce-only mailing list comprising of media people and others who might be interested in it. This would give them an opportunity to keep themselves updates with the activities of FOSS Nepal even if they are not subscribed to FOSS Nepal list or don't often see mails in the main list.
