FOSS should be appreciated for organising such event. >From reading Sandeep's post and yours, indeed there may be no seniors or juniors but have those with more expertise and less. We must learn to stand before we can walk. I think what he meant to say is "lets create a platform for new comer and place where they can ask questions and start." and we ourselves can starts organizing frequent workshops on Linux.
