Recent Updates & Matters Arising: The update shared was that the Tax clearance certificate for the FOSS Nepal Community was issued by the IRD, Now next is to start the process for renewal of the FOSS Nepal at the Ward office, followed by Kathmandu Municipality, than CDO and finally at the SWC. 2. Responsibilities Delegation: Next was the discussion about the roles and responsibilities to be taken ahead by the team members. It was also agreed that if at some point of time, some leads/ responsible member is not in position to lead/continue the responsibilities, it must be communicated to the respective legal entity so that matters could be well taken care of. The meeting also agreed that this is the minimalist list of action items that should be taken ahead to community to reactivate and work effectively. Further, other activities that can be lead or taken ahead by the community members would be great. It would be great to discuss and share in advance if so possible.
