How about not having any icon for unsorted columns? The only objection I
can see to that is that you wouldn't know that you can't sort the
Resolution column until you try clicking on it. To which my response is,
make the Resolution column sortable. :)
Also, I'm going to be making this more CSS-friendly so people can use
whatever characters/images they want.
