In the Admin pages, I have found only 5 hooks: "Change" on the "tktsetup" page and 4 others on the "xfersetup" page. This implies to me that, in particular, the (post) commit hook is only run during a sync/pull/push operation. Also, it is not clear which side runs the hook.
