I'm finding the unversioned files to be extraordinarily useful. Thanks you all for implementing it.
The most recent use case I found was to solve the annoying problem of having some changes that are not quite ready to commit and needing to move to another computer. By storing a patch as an unversioned file it was trivial to quickly capture the work, sync it, and then apply the patch when I got home and continue working. Super handy. One request for your consideration - I'd like to be able to pass filename(s) to the unversioned sync or pull commands to retrieve only a specific file or files.
