I think Vincent was working on creating packages for Ubuntu 12.10. (See http://www.fossology.org/issues/3663)
Vincent - do you expect to have those VMs & packages created soon? If not you may be able to use the 12.04 packages, but I have not tested this. You should be able to: sudo apt-get install fossology and have the dependencies taken care of for you. I haven't installed FOSSology from scratch in quite a while.
