Supposedly, but any attempt to loosen the attribution requirements hinders both compatibility (external works from authors who want attribution now can't be included) and reuse (raises legal questions over the validity of the loosened requirements and raises jurisdictional issues with regard to moral rights). Add in the legal questions over the very relicensing itself, and a reuser really isn't in any better of a position than they were when things were GFDL. _______________________________________________ foundation-l mailing list [email protected] Unsubscribe: https://lists.wikimedia.org/mailman/listinfo/foundation-l
