Looks to me like a good candidate for a hardware issue. If a power off/power on
and reload of firmwares don't resolve it's usually quite broken.

JF

Subject: [f-nsp] RX-BI-4XG in reboot loop

Hello everyone,

We have a RX-BI-4XG module in a reboot loop. Reloaded boot/monitor/ironware
images to it, but does not help. In rconsole on boot i see the following not
very promising information:

Error: 0x08040001 - error in fap10m_i2c_write(): Cannot access chip
(0x2061b8e8,0xc0010000,0x400000f0,0x00000004,0x00000000,0x00000000)

   Name: SAND_MEM_WRITE_006: Procedure sand_mem_write() reports:
Failed to write to the chip
i2c time out

Anyone seen this before? Fixable or hardware issue?

Thanks in advance,

Rens
