I have seen the hair mascara at Sally Beauty Supply.  I'm sure you could find
it at other beauty supply shops as well.  I haven't bought or tried any yet
though, I have been tempted.  When I was in middle school I had a lot of
colorful mascara.  I used to put it on my hair all the time. Yeah.  I've always
been a little strange. LOL!

I was visiting a friend in a small town in North Carolina over the
weekend.  We went into a wig shop so our other friend could look at
the wigs for her clown costume and she found hair mascara in the
shop.  It is great -- it is in a tube and has a brush just like
mascara and the color she tried (a dark pink, almost magenta) was just
beautiful.  I don't know the brand but it could probably could be
found on the internet somewhere.
