Sounds like a nice thick warm rug might help... I do not know of any rugs that have warmers in them. However there are electric socks that might help... I have never tried them and do not know anyone that has that could give you an opinion ............

They had heat blown in. I have been home 2 1/2 hours and I am still cold. I was dressed warm, but because they put the tent over a road, the pavement was freezing, so it went right through my boots.
