One of the best things I did for a small winter festival was request a
space with power and I brought my small heater and my electric
blanket. I sat on the blanket with it wrapped around me and then put
the heater under the table where I had a table cloth over it. Under
the table stayed warm and I would keep my feet under there. It was an
escape for my kids to warm up after running around playing as well.
When I pulled the kids close to paint them, they were warmed by the
electric blanket, too. Some of them didn't want to leave :)

I didn't do the event as a vendor - I was hired to be there - so I
didn't have to pay extra for electricity. Some festivals require an
additional fee, so you have to check that out.

Also, those toe warmers that you put in your shoes are awesome. And
Santa brought me some battery operated socks this past year that are
totally awesome.
