Maybe one solution on this issue is to increase control. By that I mean ticket, fine and imprison offenders. It is the law. Besides the town could really benefit from the extra funds and over time benefit with a cleaner Framingham. Please add cigarette butts to the list as being dangerous to animals and just plain unsightly.
