Rene, I'm sorry I have been trying to bite my tongue on this but are you saying that the 67,000 citizens of Framingham would not vote for the individual with the most experience and the best qualifications? Wouldn't all the individual resumes be public record and available to all? I would hope that running for town office would not be a popularity contest but would be about electing the best person for the position. If it's a popularity contest then we have bigger issues to deal with. I think most of us just want to have more control of who represents us (Framingham). It's not about a few it's about all (maybe not all but the majority).
