Hi all, With all due respect, job performance evaluation is not an issue for executive session. I say this because I raised this issue with the Town Manager with regards to a previous Conservation staff person and was told at that time, that ConCom could not do it in executive session but had to do it in public session. >From experience, Leslee Willitts
