Hi Karen, if you say : 'In the document, the frame in which the misplaced level 1 head resides is not positioned above that of the chapter head.’ do you mean that you’re using separate frames, just for headings or for the contents as well?
We once had an issue with frames and numbering and it turned out that not the order of frames was important, but the sequence of how the content was added. What happens if you switch chapters, does always the last chapter give the same problem?
