Alas, XP comes with many interface options. Unless you know all of them, the help can be confusing.
What's worse is walking someone through troubleshooting when *your* XP interface doesn't match *theirs*. I spent fruitless minutes on the phone with a friend before I realized that *her* Explorer interface was set up to show one window at a time! I use multiple windows. Yikes! :^O.
