Hi Gail, I'm uncertain whether your situation was the same as mine, but when I updated from FM 6.0 to FM 7.1, I found that after I removed 6.0, I could not run 7.1. So I reinstalled 6.0, followed by the 7.1 upgrade. Now 7.1 works correctly.
