John, I just installed a new license for Acrobat 9 Pro Complete Version on my computer here at work yesterday, and I noticed that the folder for the program in the Program Files folder is a whopping 1.85 GB, containing 6,416 files in 882 subfolders.
Now you know why installation seems to take forever.
