Given that Photoshop is now bundled with TCS2, that would be my choice for most of your needs. I prefer SnagIt for screenshots because of its tighter integration; it has a rudimentary editor and Photoshop can do more serious work on the files it creates. For really simple line drawings, Photoshop works, but for most diagrams and such, I use Visio because it's quicker.
