The best way to go today is to get an internegative made and then a print made off the interneg. Cinelab can do this easily at a reasonable price.
It is POSSIBLE to do a direct print, but the proper print stock no longer exists. There are various lab intermediate stocks that can be used, but you wind up with a print that is thinner and less rugged and still has more contrast than the original.
