Kevin,

Two places to look would be in the programs for the 8 Fest (Toronto) and
the Chicago 8 Fest, both of which screen exclusively from small gauge film.
This should give you a slew of filmmakers.

Also, to add to the lists:

Janis Crystal Lipzin - http://vimeo.com/user4763308

Karen Johannesen - http://karenjohannesen.com/

Jason Halprin (me) - http://jasonhalprin.com

Bill Stamets - (I don't think Bill has a web presence for his films, just
his journalism)

Pablo Marin - http://vimeo.com/user2758835 (Pablo has also done extensive
research and programming on Argentine Experimental Filmmakers engaged with
Super 8)

Dagie Brundert - http://www.wabisabisuper8.com/

Philippe Côte - http://philippecote.wordpress.com/

Francois Boué - I couldn't find his website, but there's a lot on his work
out there

Steve Polta - I also can't find his personal website, but you should be
able to track down his films
