Regarding your comment on IPv6, it seems to be generally pretty cheap
to pick up a static IPv4 IP address with home ADSL plans in Australia
at least (if not included for free), but it is something that some
people will need to go out of their way for and isn't always
available. IPv6 will be awesome, if it ever becomes mainstream.
