Well, I can't take credit for implementing id3lib. Dirk Mahoney did that, but
development seemingly ended a little over a year ago. I just took his last
code and reworked it (quite a bit, I think) so it works better in linux/unix
(I've only tested it on linux, but I used automake/autoconf to hopefully make
it easily portable).

PS I've been considering porting it to python, though. I'd like to learn
more about that language...
