Follow-up Comment #1:
Here's a combined patch against trunk. I did the following fixes:
*Grammar and typo corrections to the legend
*Changed flag name to toponym
*Modified ruler title list to adher to policy
*Made conflict with the Spanish since Asturias is a part of modern Spain
*Optimized the SVG file for file size and to avoid Inkscape warnings
It would be nice to have a TRANS comment for "Cabezaleru" - I don't know what
this means. :)
