Follow-up Comment #2, bug #18195 (project freeciv):
In Qt-client version it's never used (see qtg_real_output_window_append() )
so you can basically put any int value to it. Client common code seems to use
value '-1' in one place, don't know what kind of special value that is
supposed to be,
