Follow-up Comment #6, bug #18195 (project freeciv):
In fact patch was not just reversed, it actually does changes both ways.
First part is reversed (-1 -> NULL) and second part correct (NULL -> -1). So
when I succesfully applied it, it actually did nothing (or rather did just
temporary change: NULL -> -1 -> NULL)
You've appended to reversed patch (">>") when you have meant to completely
replace it (">")?
