Follow-up Comment #9, bug #21539 (project freeciv):
Are we going to do anything more for this in S2_4 (with the restrictions of
the datafile format freeze)? If yes, the planned release should point to final
fix release (2.4.3). If not, I guess we can live with this ticket open (for
other branches) despite showing up in 2.4.2 lists (as if it was blocking the
release).
